– Num tabuleiro de forno,coloque um pouco de azeite.
– Pré- aqueça o forno a 180º.
– Corte os tomate em pedaços, a cebola em meias-luas, os pimentos em tiras e esmague os alhos, coloque tudo no tabuleiro de forno, junte o vinho branco e tempere com sal e pimenta.
– Faça uns golpes no lombo do peixe e coloque fatias de presunto dentro desses golpes.
– Coloque o peixe por cima dos legumes, tempere com sal e por cima deite um fio de azeite.
– Cubra o tabuleiro com uma folha de alumínio e leve ao forno durante 40 a 45 minutos.
– A meio do tempo, retire a folha de alumínio.
– Sirva acompanhado por batatinha assada.
