400g lulas
100g chouriço
1 pimento verde
½ c. chá paprika
½ c. chá alho em póSal q.b.
Pimenta q.b.

Espetos de madeira
– Corte as lulas em pedaços, o chouriço em rodelas e o pimento em pedaços.
– Prepare as espetadas colocando alternadamente as lulas, o chouriço e o pimento.
– Tempere com paprika, alho em pó, sal e pimenta.
– Pincele o grelhador com um pouco de azeite, coloque as espetadas e deixe cozinhar até ingredientes ganhem cor, virando ocasionalmente.
– Retire as espetadas para uma travessa e por cima deite o sumo de limão.
– Acompanhe com salada.
