1 embalagem de massa quebrada
1 dente de alho
150g bacon em pedaços
4 pimentos vermelhos de conserva
1 c. sopa azeite
2 ovos
1 pacote de natas
Salsa picada q.b.
Sal q.b.
Pimenta q.b.
– Forre uma tarteira com a massa e pique com um garfo para que não enfole.
– Pré-aqueça o forno a 180º.
– Pique o alho e corte os pimentos em tiras.
– Numa frigideira, deite o azeite e salteie o alho por 1 minuto. Depois adicione o bacon e os pimentos e continue a saltear por mais alguns minutos.
– Transfira a mistura para a tarteira.
– Numa taça, bata os ovos e as natas, tempere com sal e pimenta, deite por cima da mistura de bacon e pimentos. Polvilhe com salsa picada.
– Leve ao forno durante cerca de 20 minutos.
