Azeite q.b.
1 chouriço
1 cebola
2 dentes de alho
1 folha de louro
650g peito de peru em cubos
1 c. chá pimentão doce
1 pitada de cominhos
1 lata de tomate em pedaços
650g legumes para jardineira
1 copo de vinho branco
Caldo de galinha ou legumes q.b (opcional)
Sal q.b.
Pimenta q.b.
– Corte o chouriço em rodelas ou pedaços, pique a cebola e os alhos.
– Num tacho, deite o azeite e refogue a cebola, alhos, chouriço e folha de louro.
– Adicione o peru cortado em cubos e tempere com pimentão doce, cominhos, sal e pimenta, deixe cozinhar durante alguns minutos
– Junte o tomate em pedaços e os legumes, refresque com o vinho branco e junte a água se achar necessário, deixe cozinhar por mais 10 a 15 minutos.
– Rectifique o tempero e retire do lume, se desejar sirva polvilhado com coentros ou salsa picados.
– Acompanhe com arroz branco.
